ELKS BALLROOM RENTAL FACILITIES
60 x 60...3,600 square feet rental facilities
ROOM CAPACITY is
200 for dining tables, only, and
150 for sit-down dining, band area and dance floor
All events must end no later than midnight and our ballroom will be available at 12 noon on day of rental.
Our ballroom rental fee is $1,000.00, which includes a required cleanup charge
and a rental hold date deposit of $200.00 which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
No reduced or hourly rates.
A separate damage fee of $300.00 is due prior to the scheduled event and is refundable within seven (7) business days after the event, providing the ballroom is in the condition it was in prior to the event.
All monies must be paid 30 days prior to rental date.
